1. Introduction
Welcome to Cenarfa Grand Travel Tours Norway. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Bookings & Payments
- A non‑refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is due 60 days before departure.
- Bookings made within 60 days require full payment at booking.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and PayPal.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 30–59 days: 50% of total
- 15–29 days: 75% of total
- 0–14 days: 100% of total
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
- Valid passport (min 6 months beyond return).
- Obtain necessary visas.
- Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
- Follow safety instructions from guides.
5. Changes by Us
We may alter itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Significant changes will be communicated and alternative options offered.
6. Liability Limitation
Cenarfa acts as an agent for various independent suppliers. We are not liable for acts of third parties, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour services not provided.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo.
